Studies are limited to soft science results, you can’t do the classic scientific model with humans in nebulous areas like the hypothetical concept of deep work. So, maybe, maybe not. To me it’s the latest fad, but if it works for you that’s great. But is it because it’s science, or just the placebo effect of the next business sensation?
